This website at rscolaw.com.my (“the Website”) is operated by Rafee Syafiq & Co. (“the Firm”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a firm of Advocates & Solicitors practising in Malaysia with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute, and is not intended to be, legal advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. 3. No solicitor-client relationship
Use of the Website, including sending an enquiry through our contact form or by e-mail, does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and the Firm. A solicitor-client relationship arises only when the Firm has expressly confirmed its engagement, normally by way of a written letter of engagement or warrant to act, and after completion of our conflict-of-interest and client due diligence checks.
Please do not send us any confidential or sensitive information until we have confirmed in writing that we act for you.
